Doors open at 5:45pm and open house starts promptly at 6pm.
This is an open house for parents/guardians with a current 8th grade Child. Due to demand, we ask that only one adult accompanies your child (no siblings please). Children do not have to attend, and attendance at an open house is not a requirement for admission. A visit does not give you any advantage in the admissions process.
This is an opportunity to attend an open house with your 8th grader. We are an expanding 6-12 school, with 9th, 10th and 11th graders currently in our Upper Grades Program.
Our academic program is built around the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, for which we are a candidate. Students complete the Regents required for their NYS high school diploma in 9th and 10th grades. This allows students to participate in the IB Diploma Programme in 11th and 12th grades. The IB Diploma Programme is an academically and developmentally challenging curriculum, and it is used around the world. For more information, see http://www.ibo.org/programmes/diploma-programme/
