The Center for Biblical End-Time Studies seeks to Empower Believers to Understand, Live and Share the Forerunner Message. The Forerunner Research Group (FRG) is an initiative of the Center for Biblical End-Time Studies. FRG is a community learning experience where participants study each of the 150 eschatological passages together. Those who complete this 3 year track of study (6 Semester Long Modules) will receive certification that verifies understanding of these passages. Center for Biblical Studies on the End-Times: The Forerunner Message in Isaiah 47-66 & Jeremiah 30-51. We will examine the specific passages in the second half of books of Isaiah and Jeremiah which describe trends and events occurring in the end times. Application will cover issues such as how to prepare spiritually for the end times and how to teach and prepare others.
Objectives/Aims1. To encounter the character, personality, and plan of the Lord as expressed through end-time prophecies in the books of Isaiah and Jeremiah.2. To understand how to apply each prophetic passage.3. To equip students to train others in preparation for the end times.ApproachThis class will consist of 15 classes on Wednesday nights with small group participation or online throughout the week, along with assigned reading and a short writing assignment.
AbsencesStudents are expected to attend all classes. For certification, you may not miss more than three sessions. For local participants, if you know you will be out of town for more than three weeks, we suggest you sign up for audit or online.AssignmentsReading Assignments - Read the section in Constable’s Notes which corresponds with the passage to be taught the coming Wednesday. Read the upcoming Scripture passage through twice. Participants should plan to spend an hour a week doing this.Writing Assignment - Each participant will be assigned several verses to study alone or with a partner and write a page or two giving the end-time references in those verses, implications, and applications. Participants should plan to spend an hour or two each week doing this.
