What's the refund policy?
All tickets are nonrefundable. If you are unable to make it to the show or the show is canceled, however, you can donate the cost of your ticket(s) back to ACT in advance and request a tax deduction letter for the donation. This may be completed by sending an email to Carla Judd, ACT Treasurer, at anchorageACT@gmail.com.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
All purchased tickets will be issued a printed hard ticket for required admission two shows. No entry will be granted without this ticket and no exceptions will be made. The will call box office will open one hour prior to each show for pick up of tickets and will remain open for ticket pick up until showtime. Identification may be required for ticket disbursement. Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Tickets are not transferable through ACT and will not be replaced by ACT if lost or stolen.
