Ticket sale time for the highly anticipated New Year’s Eve party at the Marriott Syracuse Downtown is happening! Ticket sales end Sunday, December 30th, or when they sell out.
There will be live music and entertainment all night, from every corner of the Hotel. The Stan Colella Orchestra will be in our magnificent lobby! Prime Time, CNY’s premier party band, is in the Grand Ballroom! Atlas Band performs (Soul/R&B/Funk/Swing/Motown) and will be in the Persian Terrace! Excel Entertainment brings the NYS live band/DJ combination to the Finger Lakes Ballroom. And if that isn’t enough variety, move live entertainment will be in the Cavalier Lounge and at Shaughnessy's! That’s just the start of the fun and festivities; there will also be casino gaming tables, photo booths and a brand new twist of CirqOvation entertainment.
Your ticket selection reserves your seat and table for dinner (you will have to choose which ballroom ahead of time), but after dinner you will have access to all of the ballrooms throughout the evening. The New Year’s Eve package starts at 7:30pm with the Cocktail Hour that has a premium FIVE HOUR open bar, buffet dinner, late-night snack, and a champagne toast at midnight to ring in the New Year in style! The event will wrap up at 12:30am.

Do I need to bring my tickets to the door?
Yes, you will need to bring your tickets to the door, along with a valid ID. Only guests who are 21 and older will be allowed entry. Registration opens at 3:00pm in the Main Lobby
What is the difference between ticket options?
The ticket purchased will correspond with the location of your dinner. For example, if you purchase the Grand Ballroom - General Admission ticket, your Dinner Seat and Table will be in the Grand Ballroom. All Ballrooms are first come first serve and will be closed once all tickets have been sold. After dinner, you may enjoy all the additional ballrooms for more music and entertainment.
Can I enter a Ballroom other than what I purchased a ticket for.
Yes. Your ticket only corresponds to the location of your dinner. You may enter any of the three ballrooms and the main lobby throughout the rest of the evening.

Are tickets refundable or transferrable? All ticket sales are final, non refundable and not transferrable.
What is the Dress Code?
The event is black tie optional, formal and cocktail attire accepted. No jeans, sneakers, t-shirts or active wear will be accepted into the event.
