Sasnovich has won eleven singles and seven doubles titles on the ITF tour in her career. On 6 October 2014, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 92. On 28 October 2013, she peaked at world number 142 in the doubles rankings.

Playing for Belarus at the Fed Cup, Sasnovich has a win-loss record of 18-9.[2] This record includes a 4-0 run in the first two rounds of the 2017 Fed Cup World Group, which propelled Belarus to upset victories against Netherlands and Switzerland and helped them reach their first Fed Cup Final.
