**100/200 Run Faster Program (In Season)**
In this video I explain a general race plan for running a 200 meter dash to maximize your times. I also cover the two different 200 meter runners and talk about how they need to approach the race differently in order to run their best times.
I also demonstrate a workout to reinforce the first 80 meters of the race plan which is as follows.
6x80 meter sprints at 95-98% effort
First 50 meters is all out effort followed by a "float" for 30 meters
Rest is 5-7 minutes.
